One Hundred Degrees was opened by Praba Sankaran who had the vision of combining exquisite, innovative flavours with elegant, warm service in order to create an exceptional dining experience. Our ingredients reflect the beautiful offerings of our County Wexford and Ireland and we take pride in our many partnerships with local suppliers. Our menu is ever-evolving in order to collaborate with natura

l, seasonal produce availability, and to showcase the creative inclinations of the kitchen. We combine traditional and contemporary culinary styles, as well as take inspiration from a variety of international cuisines to yield exciting and interesting flavours. We have a Thursday Surprise 8 Course Tasting Menu and a Sunday Lunch Set Menu also. We do our best to cater for all special dietary requirements with advanced notice. Please let us know of any allergies. Our kitchen does use all allergens and we cannot guarantee against airborne contamination.
