1+ years relevant experience as a Commis Chef ,
2 years as a Pastry Chef and 4 years as Chef De Partie

•Must be enthusiastic and passionate about working with fresh locally sourced ingredients and creating award winning food.
•Experienced in a fast pace environment
•Fluent English
•Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
•Excellent knowledge of HACCP
