Our products are handmade in our production unit based on our 18th Century farm in Wexford and have been in business since 1995 when Katherine sold her first carrot cake to the local Health Food Store. Our flapjacks were our first oats product. Wheat- free, they proved so successful we introduced our award winning Granola - Toasted Breakfast Cereals; A heart-healthy blend of toasted oats, nut and seeds, also available with fruit.
