What makes a good fish and chip ??
1- fresh clean oil always
2-fresh fish obviously. We are blessed to have fish delivered daily from Meylers Fish Merchants
3-fresh milk, eggs and bread crumb we use panko with a sprinkle of sesame seed.
4-Tartar Sauce with loads of fresh dill, parsley, diced cucumber and capers , diced onion really fine, and another dash of mustard.
5- The Chips. We have sourced the best chip we could find.
