The Smugglers Inn is delighted to announce our Seafood Chowder has made it to the finals of the SOUPerb Awards 2026 with and 🙌

We are immensely proud of our chowder and the detail that goes into every bowl.

Today, Henry walks us through exactly what it takes to create our signature chowder; from snorkelling for our foraged seaweed, to carefully handpicking our fresh local fish and mussels, and let’s not forget our famous Guinness and treacle bread - no detail is too small for the Smugglers Chowder!
