New to our list two beautiful orange wines. One from Hungary- Kristinus Irsai (often called “Oliver”) is a biodynamic wine from the Lake Balaton region, made primarily from the Irsai Olivér grape. It is fresh, aromatic, with notes of elderflower, citrus, and stone fruit. Spontaneous fermentation, minimal intervention, and aging on lees, resulting in a hazy, unfiltered, and highly drinkable wine. Just so lovely! And beautiful French Tibo - Grenache Blanc, Muscat, Viognier, Roussanne- from organic winery in Langedoc since 1980. TIBO is a perfect introduction to orange wines. It is very lively and juicy- perfect with spicy dishes 🙌 Sunshine in a glass!
