Not the loudest thing on the menu… but quietly becoming one of our customer favourites. ❤️

Our Turkish Eggs are one of those breakfast dishes people try once… then come back craving a few mornings later.

Soft poached Castlebrand free range eggs over garlicky yogurt, finished with warm Aleppo butter, homemade savoury granola, fresh herbs, and toasted sunny south east sourdough for scooping up every last bit.

Comforting, rich, a little different, and somehow exactly what you want to start the day.

I won’t lie, shakshuka is one of my favourite breakfasts 🍳

There’s something about this bowl of rich tomato, spices, soft eggs, salty feta, fresh herbs, and crunchy sourdough for dipping that just feels right.

It’s the kind of breakfast I love, and somehow it always gets someone asking, “Can I try?” or “Just one more bite,” until the bowl is completely clean.

That’s what I love about this dish. It’s simple, full of flavour, a little bit messy, and made for slowing down.

We’re a busy, award-winning café in the heart of Waterford, known for fresh food, quality coffee, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and help deliver a great experience for every customer.

Position:

* Barista / Front of House
* Full-time & Part-time roles available
* Minimum 1 year barista experience required

The Role Includes:

* Preparing quality coffee consistently during busy service
* Taking orders & serving customers
* Front of house service & maintaining café standards
* Working closely with the team during fast-paced shifts

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has strong barista experience
* Is confident working front of house
* Has a friendly, positive attitude
* Works well under pressure
* Is reliable, organised, and team-focused
