Some days, running a coffee shop looks a little different from what you imagined. ☕️

Today, I was scraping carpet glue off the floor after a little flood, while Lucas was serving customers through the hatch and fine-tuning the grinder to get the best possible espresso.

A Brazilian song about sadness turning into hope was playing in the background, and I thought… what a soundtrack for building a dream.

Because that's what we're doing here. Learning, fixing, improving, and finding a way through whatever the day brings.

And tomorrow, we'll be here again, ready to extract the best coffee we can. ❤️

One day, one coffee, one little step at a time.
