Tommy Doherty Butchers is an award-winning craft butcher in Kells, using local produce from local farms. Their sausages and puddings have been recognised with awards in both Ireland and Europe. 🏆

At The Lakeside Manor, we use their sausages, rashers and black & white pudding across some of our favourites, including our Full Irish Breakfast, homemade boxty and breakfast bap.

Good food starts with good ingredients, and this is our way of celebrating the local businesses behind the food we serve. ☘️

A little behind the scenes in our kitchen. 🥩

We’re working with our sister farm, Dervor Farm, to bring locally raised Irish Dexter beef to the table at The Lakeside Manor.

Raised just 5km away, the cattle are butchered in house, with our prime cuts going into the Dry Ager to mature before being carefully trimmed and portioned.

You’ll already find our Dexter Burger on the menu.

From farm to kitchen to plate, all within 5km. 🌿🥩
