Wakahana coming back?

I would sadly like to inform you all that I have taken the decision to close Wakahana for good . As you can probably guess, it was not an easy outcome to reach.
I have really enjoyed cooking for you all and I hope a visit to Wakahana created happy memories for everyone who visited.
I will keep you updated on any new activities that I may get up to in 2021.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions introduced from today, September26th, we will unfortunately be fully closed until further notice.

Hello everyone, it has been such a long time since our Facebook was renewed.
And, a big apology for not so proactive about our situation during this lockdown.

I spent quite some time thinking about how we should operate after re-opening, including how we could continue to provide guests with quality time while keeping everyone safe. I also contemplated a future menu that can be even more beneficial to our health.

The good news is that we are preparing to welcome you back from Friday 3rd of July.

In order to work under the new guideline, we made following changes;
1. We take one booking a day as it has always been. We will limit the number of guests to maximum of 6 people from the same household or bubble.
2. Guests will be asked to sanitize hands upon entry.
3. Please use the side door beside the dining area as entrance and exit.
4. Staff will be wearing a musk while serving.
5. Unfortunately, no hug or kiss this time.
6. Oshibori warm hand towel is not served for a while.
7. Card payment is recommended.
