⭐️December at The Selkie⭐️
It may seem a little early to be mentioning Christmas, but we love to be organised!
This year, for the first time ever, we are open Christmas Eve and St.Stephen’s day too. Let us handle the cooking so you can spend more precious, quality time with family and friends over the holiday season.
We are running the above menu for the entirety of December and into the first week of January, alongside some sublime specials on the board.
Our reservations are open now so book early to avoid disappointment (especially for large tables)

Sunday plans? 🍽️
Our Selkie Sunday Lunch is back tomorrow, with traditional favourites and a few twists.
We’ll be serving from 2pm–8pm, and just a little heads-up, it’ll be our only menu available tomorrow.

Guess what’s back on the menu…?! Customer favourite of our delicious Calamari!
Coated in a gluten free batter and cooked fresh to order, anyone who tries it will agree it’s one of (if not the best) squid they have ever tasted.

We are thrilled to have been chosen as a finalist for the Good Food Ireland® awards this year. A first, and to be in such fantastic company in the category - we feel truly lucky. Some of the team will definitely be attending to hopefully bring back award number 7 for us this year…🤞⭐️

The menu you have all been waiting for… Selkie Sunday Lunch!
We went super traditional with it but expect a few twists, plenty of specials up on the board and our usual top notch quality food being sent by chef Darren and team. Aiming to make this the most delicious Sunday lunch you’ve ever had 😉
Only way to find out is to get booked in and try it for yourself!

As of 11th of October, we roll our our Selkie Sunday lunch menu. This year, it will be available all day from 2pm until 8pm with it being the only menu available on a Sunday. Priced at
1 course: €20.00 2 course: €29.00 and 3 course: €35.00
We will also price menu items individually if you just want something small.

⭐️ Summer Season Completed ⭐️

Phew! And what a season it was!
Thank you to new and old customers for the busiest season yet - it’s been a great 1st year of official restaurant ownership and we couldn’t be happier. ☺️

Now that Summer is behind us, we are back to usual hours: Thursday to Monday- 4.30pm to 8 or 9pm for food service. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

The whole team are now focusing on launching new Autumn/Winter menus, aiming to be October. Keep an eye on our socials for sneak peeks 😉

Sunday lunch menu shall be returning VERY soon….think traditional but as always, with a fancy Selkie spin.

And lastly, thank you to our staff. The most amazing team of absolute trojans who managed the 7 days opened like the legends they are.
