Dear customers,

Following an FSAI inspection, the sushi section of our restaurant has been closed. Please note this affects sushi only — the rest of our restaurant remains fully open and operating as usual.

This decision was initially made due to the wash station being positioned too close to the sushi preparation area and was finalised by the absence of a head sushi chef.
