Good Morning Tramore and Waterford
first of all a belated HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you

after 5 months finally a post again
I hope you are all doing very well still miss the good times from the basement grill.
as you hopefully all know I went to Vee Bistro here in Tramore to continue cooking.
after a long holiday spending time with my family I came back just before Christmas, very busy times here but I enjoy it as much as ever.
I am full of new and exciting inspiration for some lovely cooking, and as most of you know I live in Indonesia ...
some of my old favourites will be back on the menu like the TOMAHAWK steak and the PRAWN CROQUETTES and I brought some nice ingredients with me from home.
So I hope to see you all in The Vee Bistro to enjoy a lovely meal, Catherine and Derek are as excited as I am.
I will be posting again on a regular basis for you to enjoy my journey.

A very sad post today
Yesterday I was forced to shut down Truffleduck
NO More truffleduck
I want to say
THANK YOU EVERYBODY for the support the joy and the good times
Pac will be cooking in the VEE bistro for a few weeks with a lot of his favourite items on the menu

Day 46 and it is a beautiful day again
a bit windy outside but the temperature is good.
I hope you ALL enjoyed the bank holiday weekend and the spraoi festival
A little rest this week and we will be getting ready for the races

I am enjoying myself here all the time meeting new people and making more new friends
The satisfaction I get talking with everybody is just amazing

And well what to say ….
Another lovely evening yesterday and I hope that today will be as good
we are over 1050 likes by now so another milestone not far ahead of us.
Thank you everybody for liking, following and sharing my posts.
I have only a few photo's left of this beautiful area so time again to get out in these busy days to get new ones.
But I have included a few to give you a glimpse into my life away from the cooking

Day 44 it is
It started nice and sunny this morning and I believe that the sunshine will stay with us, a bit hard to see what's happening out there from the basement grill.

I Had a nice walk again today in the Anne Valley
The Swans and the 9 cygnets are still there, they are getting big now but it stays beautiful to watch.
hopefully tomorrow I can go for another walk around Tramore and get some fresh pictures

almost halfway there and Pac feels strong
What a change in the weather again 🙁

service goes slow I do the cooking but I also go to
every table to serve you your sauces and have a little chat
I enjoy that part very much and we don't rush anybody

Welcome to August
A new month ahead of us with bank holiday and racing
here in the basement grill it is day 42
and we are happy
Pac keeps grilling steaks and cracking oysters

it's a bit overcast today but I am sure that will change quickly and we can enjoy some well deserved sunshine again
A good day to get out for a nice walk on the beach
and for eating steaks

Time flies when you have fun

Chatting with my customers, serving just everything

Yesterday and other excellent evening here in the basement grill
I enjoyed the boys with their family so much, trying oysters and smoked salmon and after that having a nice steak.
A big WOW for the parents and the young lads 😮

Tramore and surroundings are always beautiful but on a day like this ….. the sun makes everything just that bit more beautiful
