Another fantastic event today celebrating baby Shay’s christening Bolands Bar in Castlegregory. Lovely venue with a fine beer garden and great staff. And the sun shone too! ☀️

Thanks once again to Shane and his lovely wife for having Muerte cater another event for them. It’s always great when previous customers book again👍🏻

I also have next weekend become available at short notice (8th or 9th of August) so why not bring Muerte BBQ’s signature home smoked barbecue to your special event!

A selection of some of the fantastic events Muerte BBQ has catered over the last few weeks. Lots of delicious burgers, tacos and meaty ribs! 🤤

As always, all of our meats are smoked over premium charcoal and wood to give all our dishes its unique flavour. Handcrafted with love and care, prepared in house by myself. No added additives preservatives or fillers.

As we say at Muerte-it’s barbecue to die for!😉

Once again I had the pleasure of bringing Muerte BBQ to the annual charity tournament at St Brendans Park Fc Such a great, well organised event to be a part of and its great to be asked back every year👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The brand new Muerte lamb kebab made its debut at a very special wedding celebration on Saturday!😍

Slowed bbq smoked Irish leg of lamb and lamb mince on top a warm flatbread with shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced red onions, garlic sauce, sriracha sauce and sliced picked jalapeños-it’s an absolute banger!!🔥🔥🔥

It’s that time of year again! Getting the Muerte BBQ gazebo s***k and span before our first event of the season next Saturday.

We are fully booked for the first 3 weekends of May but there is still limited availability for the weekend of the 24th of May at the moment.

The new 2026 menu has 2 brand new items on it which are both absolute flavour 💣!!! But don’t worry, the classics are still on the menu 😉
