The brand new Muerte lamb kebab made its debut at a very special wedding celebration on Saturday!😍

Slowed bbq smoked Irish leg of lamb and lamb mince on top a warm flatbread with shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced red onions, garlic sauce, sriracha sauce and sliced picked jalapeños-it’s an absolute banger!!🔥🔥🔥

It’s that time of year again! Getting the Muerte BBQ gazebo s***k and span before our first event of the season next Saturday.

We are fully booked for the first 3 weekends of May but there is still limited availability for the weekend of the 24th of May at the moment.

The new 2026 menu has 2 brand new items on it which are both absolute flavour 💣!!! But don’t worry, the classics are still on the menu 😉

Muerte BBQ is back for the 2026 summer season! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

The diary is now open for bookings in the coming year.

Whatever the event, whether it be a day 2 of a wedding, birthday, confirmation/communion, corporate/business occasion, anniversary or you just feel like throwing a party then Muerte’s bespoke, home smoked, hand crafted BBQ is sure to wow your guests!

There might even be a new addition to the menu this year…. 🐑 😉

Bookings for events in May are already very busy so I’d strongly recommend getting in touch soon to avoid disappointment.

I’ve had a super busy start to the season here at Muerte BBQ, definitely the busiest May I have had since I started trading. Thank you so much to everyone who booked over the last few weeks! 🙌🏻

There has been birthdays, day 2 of a wedding, confirmations, staff parties and a high school gathering. Here at Muerte BBQ we can cater for any event, regardless of what you are celebrating.

And you can be rest assured that our home smoked bbq is unlike anything else in the county and 99% of everything on the menu is handmade from scratch by me! We are back!! The season has started with a bang and the super good weather means the Muerte BBQ gazebo is super busy.

Last Saturday myself and Yvie were out in the Maherees to look after a wedding day 2. What a day it was! ☀️😎

I had the pleasure of catering another lovely event last night. The occasion was the start of the lovely Ciara’s hen weekend. Many thanks to mother of the bride Liz and Ciara’s sister for inviting me around. Best of luck for the big day in October!
The great thing about the Muerte BBQ gazebo is that it will fit in most household gardens, so you can use enjoy some top class, home smoked BBQ at your home event. I can always find a spot!

The Muerte gazebo rolled out to last Sunday for and Amy’s wedding day 2 and what a fantastic afternoon was had!
Many thanks to the happy couple for having us cater for them, Micheàl and all the staff at The Green Room and gracing me with his annual presence behind the counter!😂

Thankfully the weather played ball on Saturday evening for another special Muerte event. Thanks a million to Jon for having me at his special big birthday party.

I’m so lucky to work at some fantastic locations and this was a lovely spot out in the Maherees.
