Rustic Boowa RusticBoowa offers a delicious variety of sweet and savoury vegetarian and dairy free (vegan) products. All made by hand every day.

Only best quality ingredients, mostly organic and many from local farmers. Organic coffee available at the coffee shop. Deliveries within Tralee Area for minimum orders of 30 euro, delivery 5euro. All orders made before 11am will be delivered next day, subject to availability. Bread pre-ordering preferable.

Our summer special — Boowa Custard & Rhubarb 🤎

Made with organic flour, silky house-made custard, tangy rhubarb and finished with a crispy organic crumb 🌾

Creamy, fresh, sweet and slightly tart… a little taste of summer, baked from scratch at Rustic Boowa 🤎

It all starts with a rich, fragrant blend of organic agave syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon and a pinch of Kłodawa salt. We mix part of it with organic oats, and separately coat our mix of nuts and seeds, then bake everything until perfectly golden, crispy and crunchy 🤎

Once baked, we bring it all together, add dried cranberries and raisins, and mix everything in just the right proportions 👌🏼

Two days of work for one seriously good bag of homemade granola — сrunchy, naturally sweet and made from scratch at Rustic Boowa 🌾🤎
