Monk's lane is a new food and wine destination run by couple Michelle O' Mahony and Gavin Moore. Both have extensive experience in the hospitality sector and this is their first venture together. Located on the Wild Atlantic way, the couple intend to use their passion for local produce and fresh, seasonal ingredients in their new restaurant.
