It’s been a long year for us all, but hope is on the horizon! ☀️

Everyone who knows this guy, knows there’s not much that can keep him still - And he’s only just gone & set up the .foodtruck - serving delicious street food & trading at the 5 days a week!

The grub is good & honest - the trailer serves slow-cooked pulled meat & sausage baps with a variety of delicious toppings, as well as a few incredible vegetarian options! Pop over & give the page a follow & see some pictures on the grid 👨‍🍳😉

So if your bellies have been aching for cooking (and you’re within 5km at the moment) - get over to try some yummy baps! 🐷🐷🐷

Thank you everyone for your beautiful messages of support. We are overwhelmed with all the love and will keep you posted on our new adventures once we re-group.

For those who have contacted us with regards to your unused vouchers, we have been in touch with you personally, discussing a way of compensating you for these in the future.

We thank you for your understanding and patience, as this closure was clearly not planned or by choice.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of our beloved Dillon's Restaurant. The current pandemic and the measures we all have to take to protect each other from Covid 19 are unfortunately not sustainable for our cosy and intimate restaurant. We have absolutely loved every minute of serving our guests from Cork and beyond and would like to thank you all for your support, the laughs and love over the years.

We are looking forward to serving you all again in the future, so keep an eye out for us - we'll be back!

Our family want to thank all the frontline staff of our health service & everyone else for keeping us safe & fed by stocking shelves, serving food, guarding the streets or staying at home, by spreading some cheer when they pass through our community or check in online!

So we’ll hang up our rainbows in the large windows of the restaurant. Why not send us yours or slide it under the doors so we can cover the entire window with colourful cheer throughout this difficult time! ❤️❤️❤️
