Meet Sarah!

Sarah is a key part of our coffee dock team and shows great leadership! Sarah brings great ideas to the table as well as being great with customers! Sarah joined us earlier in the year, but lets get to know her a bit more!

🐴What is your favourite thing about working here?
All the lovely people I meet ☺️

🐴When you are not working, what do you get up to?
I am a wedding photographer on the side, so lots of photo editing. Plus hanging out with my two amazing dogs ☺️

🐴Do you have any guilty pleasures?
I really can’t stop listening to true crime podcasts!

🐴Its lunch time in the Jockey - whats your go to lunch time meal out of the kitchen?
I’m vegan so the falafel bowl is probably my go to!

Our 2027 Confirmation & Communion Package is now available, featuring a delicious three-course menu for just €35 per adult and €18.50 per child.

Let us take care of cooking and serving the food, to looking after your guests, while you sit back and enjoy the celebration without the stress of cooking for a crowd.

For larger celebrations, our private function room is available for groups of 30 or more. For smaller gatherings, our Silks Restaurant is the perfect setting.

Meet Aisling!
Aisling is one of our amazing fitness instructors here at the Leisure Centre! Aisling has a degree in sports science 🔬 💪and does a great body sculpt class – fun fact Aisling also makes a great coffee from previous Barista training (we love Aisling!)☕

😎What is your favourite thing about working here?
Getting to teach different classes and have fun with them alongside people who are as enthusiastic about fitness and love exercise as much as I do

🏃‍♂️When you are not working, what do you get up to?
I play camogie and football with Holycross Ballycahill , so usually we have training in the evenings, I also enjoy going to the gym or for a walk with my friends then treating myself to a coffee afterwards!

Do you have any guilty pleasures?
🍫I will rewatch the show “Friends” whenever I get bored, it’s my go to… along with a cup of tea and a cheeky bar of chocolate on the couch!

Its lunch time in the Jockey - whats your go to lunch time meal out of the kitchen?
🥪I like to go down and get a sandwich or a wrap for my lunch. The soup down there is also delish!
