Open for private functions and special occasions only while we work on adding more guest accommodation.

After major investment and refurbishments (over 1 million euro in new bar/restaurant/reception/toilets/bistro/accommodation) we are finally ready to reopen. "The Long Man of Kilfane" Bar and Restaurant will re-open on Sunday 7th July. Brunch served 12 to 4pm and A la Carte menu 4 to 8pm. Then facilitate food orders 6 to 10 pm Fri/Sat and Sun 12 to 8pm. Boru's Bistro will offer fine dining a la carte Fri and Sat orders 6 to 10 pm. We are lucky to have dedicated local staff but if you have proven experience in a hotel/fine dining restaurant with executive kitchen level or front level experience we do not just invest in ventures but the team that makes it happen. Renovation update: A new family friendly lodge (Kilfane Country Lodge) that can sleep upto 20 and The Long Man Bar and Restaurant is on course to re-open later this month subject to certs in place. We are also putting the finishing touches to an all-weather outdoor garden area that can host private functions, civil ceremonies etc and plan on hosting live music each Sunday from 2 to 9pm.
