We are looking for a Pizza Maker/Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be welling to learn, be organised and be able to work quickly and efficiently as part of the TEAM at POMODORINO!
Experiences:

• Knowledge of basic operation of working with Wood-fired pizza oven(1Year Experience)
• Knowledge of dough making. Use of dough mixer
• Basic skills in stretching sourdough pizza.
• Prepping of Pizza ingredients.
• HAACP Cert level 1
• Knowledge of basic Italian foods.
• English Speaker-spoken and verbally

• Greet and es**rt customers to their tables

• Accurately proceed with all the clients table service cycle, including:

• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about
portions, ingredients or potential food allergies);

• Inform customers about the day’s specials and offer menu recommendations
upon request;

• Take accurate food and drinks orders by memorization or writing;

• Serve food and drink orders;

• Prepare coffees and teas.

• Deliver checks and collect bill payments, Cash handling experience needed.

• Forward dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning

• Aid in front of the house upkeep, such as, preparing tables by setting up
silverware and glasses, maintaining a clean dining area, clean service area
and cutlery at the end of service.

• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff or Pizza Staff as appropriate

• Up-sell additional products when appropriate

• Follow all relevant health department regulations

• Counter service been able to take orders over the telephone for delivery and

collection.

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
