The last few weeks have been absolutely mad, busy and brilliant, and we couldn't let them pass without giving a huge shout-out to every single member of the Stradbally Fayre team. 🥰
From the early mornings and long days to the non-stop kitchens, coffees, breakfasts, lunches and festival madness — you have all worked incredibly hard. Your dedication, teamwork and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed has been unbelievable.
And it hasn't gone unnoticed! 💜

We're incredibly proud of what everyone has pulled together to achieve over the last few weeks. Front of house, kitchen, chefs, baristas, catering crews and everyone working behind the scenes — every single person played their part.
There were long hours, tired feet, plenty of pressure and probably a few moments of pure chaos 😂… but you kept smiling, kept going and looked after our customers.
