We are looking for a kitchen porter to join our squad .
Great pay, tips and the chance to be part of a sound team.
Full time position available from mid August through the winter but we’d like to work our new KP into the fold while current legend Ben is still here.
We’ve had many great porters here through the years.
David here only dabbled in the KP game but he looks happy and I’ve lots of pictures of him. Getting stuck wherever needed and enjoying staff food many years after hanging up the apron .
He met the girl of his dreams here, got married here and now owns his own business. 👧🏄🏻‍♂️👶
Maybe his brief stint on the dishes contributed to this fantastic life of David, maybe it didn’t but hel give us a good reference im sure 😅

Smooth operator Dermot O Leary came to see us recently in Strandhill .
We really enjoyed hanging with himself and the crew.
Strandhill and Sligo was the last stop on their great tour along the Wild Atlantic Way
Very humbled to have all these legends visiting both restaurants over the last while 🙏

So much good food consistently coming out of this kitchen and great service to match .
First time I’ve managed to come down to Strandhill for a service in weeks and sometimes it takes stepping away to realise how good the guys and girls here are and how much of a well oiled machine this Restaurant has become .
The old rumours were swirling around that Strandhill Stoked may close with Bundoran opening but as you can see, that ain’t happening.
We are only getting stronger 💪
