In other news we are now back open five days per week.
From Tomorrow onwards we are open Wednesday- Sunday . From 5pm Wednesday- Friday and 4pm Saturday and Sunday

Thanks to everyone for all the support through the winter months, allowing us to now open in Strandhill all year round 🙏

An honour and a privilege to have good mate visit us once again in Stoked.

Carl has come over numerous times now and every time he visits we always take a lot of advice and inspiration from him, not just about food and business but everything else in between.

20 years ago I saw menu in Strandhill with the likes a pheasant terrine and other extravagant menu items.
Feeling intrigued, I knocked on the kitchen Door and asked could I have a job, he said, “alright! Jump in!. So I quit the job I had and got on board. The rest is history, had I not met Carl, Stoked may not have come to existence.

Carls passions span across food, art, film. culture and much more.
A curious mind that has no boundaries .

Carl once again put on his apron and came over to take over our Thai night.
Due to his extensive travels and research he unleashed an unreal legit Thai experience here in strandhill and everyone I’ve talked to on the night and since, were blown away .

Thanks again dude! We really enjoyed having you ❤️
