FRESH & SO CLEAN CLEAN
Our new menu has been out a fortnight, have you had any of the fresh new burger additions yet?
🥬Gamechanger-BBQ pulled Jack fruit, mozzarella, pickle slaw, sriracha mayo, vegan burger.
🍗 The Renegade Master - Honey butter hot sauce fried chicken pickles and garlic mayo burger.
🍗The Conqueror - Panko and parmesan crumbed chicken breast, smoked streaky bacon, Caesar mayo burger.

It’s not just food we talk about on a Sligo Food Tour, it’s about the people who have shaped the Sligo food scene Paula Brennan & Damien Brennan, Prannie Rhatigan Gaby Wieland through their dishes, recipes, ingredients and books. We were so delighted walking past Liber Bookshop in Sligo to see they have tuned in with a nice display of cookbooks by Sligo foodies. Gary Stafford's cookbooks are avilable in Lyons Café & Bakeshop and there is also Bernadette O'Shea's Pizza Defined!
Not to forget Oonagh Monahan wise book Money for Jam - 2nd Edition with all you need to know to start your own small food business.
Also included in the display are the great gardening books from Klaus Laitenberger, who was the former head gardener at The Organic Centre, which is supplying organic produce to some of Sligo’s cafes and restaurants!
