Meet Emiliana ECO Rosé, our third rosé on the shelves. An organic Syrah Rosé from Chile with bright strawberry and raspberry notes, finished with a crisp, refreshing finish. A lovely one for summer evenings☀️.

Shells Chef x Sligo Camino🥾 Yura is usually “hiding” in the kitchen, but last Saturday him and his wife joined the Sligo Camino. 32.5km from Dromahair to Coolaney through forest trails, hillside tracks, and some of the finest scenery in the West of Ireland.

In his words: “Well organised, magnificent views, and even better people.”

The Sligo Camino is run entirely by volunteers with all proceeds going to community projects in Coolaney. This year marked its 11th year.

Feel like I’m back in Skiathos with this sunshine ☀️

After Athens , we took a 40 seater propeller plane ✈️ over to Skiathos - what a week it was

The food was next level, the sea , the snorkelling , the wine … I coined go on and on

Some of our fave places

- I have never found a better location and the seafood was literally the best … ideally paired with a carafe of free wine ☺️

The old town has some super cute shops and little side streets - defo worth a visit . Our hotel had a boat service over - such fun for the kids to travel over by boat

We used Skiathos Diving Center for an incredible afternoon of snorkelling- loads of fish. We saw an eel and even swam with an octopus 🐙

We boated over to dimante beach (only accessible by boat) as there was a big South African crew celebrating some big birthday 🎂- although the food and the journey were next level the main highlight was dining next to Kate Hudson and crew ! ( didn’t take photos. Although I feel we look alike 😉😉😉)

We discovered a super vineyard on the island - PARISSIS WINERY SKIATHOS . The only sell their wines there and don’t export so it was a real treat to try something different and the views ☀️🫶🏻

For such a small island it has a lot to offer & I think we spent more time in the sea than on land
