HOURS UPDATE

From this week we will be reducing our schedule to Tuesday-Saturday. This is a short term change and we will resume our Monday hours as soon as it is possible for us to do so.

On the plus side, we will now be opening at the slightly earlier time of 9:30 ☕️

We’re looking for someone exceptional — a confident, skilled Lunch Kitchen Lead who can take full leadership of a busy lunch service while maintaining quality, pace, and professionalism. This is a key role, and we’re focused on finding the right candidate to become an integral part of our small team.

The role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes pride in their work, and consistently delivers under pressure.

What the role involves:
• Leading a busy lunch kitchen alongside a kitchen assistant in busier times.
• Making lunch dishes to order efficiently and accurately
• Daily food preparation
• Managing food ordering and stock
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards

What we’re looking for:
✔ Minimum 2 years kitchen experience
✔ Ability to work efficiently at speed in a high-volume environment
✔ Food safety training and strong hygiene practices
✔ Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
✔ Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
✔ Organisation and initiative
✔ A supportive team player who treats colleagues with respect
✔ Flexibility — this is a 24-hour role across 4 days Monday to Saturday

Hourly rate is negotiable and will reflect experience and level of competency.
