We want to say a warm thank you to everyone that supported us this summer, it was amazing!
You filled up our food truck with lots of joy and fun.

We are super excited to introduce our newest dirty fries Menu 🍟

This one is topped with:
-slow cooked for 20h pulled pork beauty
-mozzarella cheese
-chipotle mayo
-creamy caramelised onions sauce
-crispy onions
-red slaw

From next week we will be open Thursday to Sunday, come to visit us!

These are our yuca frita, known as well as Cassava or mandioca.

Yuca is a root from South America and was one of the main vegetables used by the natives. The yuca is full of calcium, vitamin K, vitamin B6 and Iron. Apart from tasty is really good for you!

We fry the yuca like chips and top them with chimichurri sauce. 🍟
Has anyone tasted Chimichurri Sauce?

Look at this handsome Bombocrew!

Bombo truck brought together a bunch of people with different nationalities to create this exciting Bomboproject.
From carpenters, to baristas, to chefs, to marketers - we all worked together and had loads of fun on the way to make this project happen. Everyone contributed their knowledge and ideas and made the Bombo as special as it is now.

We can’t wait to serve you tasty street food and coffee. Stay tuned!
