These are pretty...delicious.
Beetroot Ravioli filled with goat’s cheese and peas topped with homemade pesto. Used 1/4 of spelt flour, instead of 100% plain and organic beetroot for the pasta. Took me a while to learn how to make it but now I did, it’s one of my favourites 😊

These are pretty...delicious.

Courgette and broccoli are for sure my favourite vegetables, not only for the taste and how versatile they can be but also because there are a bunch of health benefits in both of them such as antioxidants, low carb, high in fibre, vitamins, help to reduce the sugar levels in your blood, help with your hair, eyes and make you look younger (yes, just discovered it recently...eating broccoli even for breakfast now 😂😍). I made the broccolis with olive oil and garlic to go with these cheesy minced meat free filled courgettes! As I told my husband, this is really good, no actually...this is really really really good hahahaha!
