We had such a lovely Christmas coffee after our Active Agers women’s class today in The Triangle in the Square, Sixmilebridge. ☕️

I snapped a photo of us together and it really captures what these mornings are all about — movement, connection, and community.

It’s incredible to see how much everyone has grown this year… not just in strength, balance, mobility, and confidence, but in friendship too. Watching the chat, the laughter, and the genuine support around the table reminded me how powerful it is to meet people, move together, and share a moment over a cup of coffee.

Thanks to Colm for catering for us. 😊

Open for business as usual tomorrow Thursday 8th May.

Unfortunately due to a water pipe leak in store this evening, we will be closed tomorrow 7th may all day. We can’t guarantee we will be back in action for Thursday but we hope to be.
