El Matador El Matador is a pop-up Spanish Restaurant which will be located in Shannon College on the 31st March 2014. We offer a 3 course traditional menu with wines.

As Year 3 students of Shannon College of Hotel Management we have been assigned the task to both market and run a Spanish themed pop-up restaurant for one night only on the grounds of Shannon College. While keeping with traditional Spanish ingredients we have managed to put a modern twist into the 3 course menu which includes carefully selected wines from popular Spanish regions. There are plenty

of surprises in store for the night so be sure to book soon as seats are limited and a steal at €24.99 pp!
