💪 A look back at a fantastic weekend at Derg Isle Adventure Centre! 🌊

We were delighted to welcome two GAA groups all the way from Offaly and Limerick for action-packed team bonding sessions here at Derg Isle.

From the first challenge to the last, both teams gave it their all, showing fantastic teamwork, communication, determination, and initiative throughout the day. Our instructors were incredibly impressed with how each group worked together, encouraged one another, and rose to every challenge.

A huge thank you to both teams for choosing Derg Isle… we hope you had an unforgettable experience, and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon! 🤝

🏆 A Special Visitor to Derg Isle! 🏆

What a privilege to welcome Nickie Quaid, goalkeeper for the Limerick Senior Hurling Team, to Derg Isle Adventure Centre this week!

Fresh from helping Limerick secure the Munster Championship title against Cork and earning a well-deserved Man of the Match award, Nickie joined us with his school group for a day of adventure, teamwork and fun.

During his visit, Nickie kindly signed a hurley for us, which now takes pride of place in our renowned Celtic Hut – a special space that showcases the sporting legends, county stars, clubs and teams who have visited Derg Isle throughout the years.

As one of hurling’s finest ambassadors, Nickie’s dedication, leadership and sporting excellence continue to inspire young players across Ireland. It was fantastic to see him taking time to engage with students and create lasting memories during their visit.
