In the last year and half, since when I took over Ozone cafe,many things have happened.
I’ve spent time thinking , planning , deciding what to do or not to do and I came to the conclusion that unfortunately I will not be reopening Ozone cafe.
I have spent nearly 7 years in this coffee shop in GCI - Galway Cultural Institute Galway Business School meeting people from all around the world, teachers, students, friends, customers.
I’ve had such an amazing time working here as manager with Anton's Cafe and then as a owner. I am so grateful for all the people I’ve met, worked with or just shared some thoughts in front of a coffee. I want to thank all my customers, friends, workers that shared with me this experience, in particular I will never ever be grateful enough to Celestine Rowland and David Niland for such support they gave to me. Thanks to all the suppliers . Thanks also to all the office guys and teachers in GCI.
