A very sad farewell to Gerry Rushe, a true friend to Mike and Ryans over many years.
Gerry had a great interest in Mike’s footballing days, and a true friendship remained through the years. He welcomed us to Ryans Bar in our very first week, gifting us a very special GAA book that holds pride of place on our main shelf.
He always called in or phoned just to check in.
A pure gent. One of a kind. 💙
