Our Chef Academy spent the day at GIY & GROW HQ with our Food & Environment Partner, Mick Kelly , exploring food choices, food security, provenance, seasonality, and sustainability.

The day brought these conversations to life as we toured the farm, harvested fresh produce, cooked lunch using ingredients straight from the ground, and each of our students sowed seeds.

A powerful day of connection, learning, and a reminder that understanding where our food comes from is just as important as knowing how to cook it.

We were delighted to celebrate the best of the season at a special event in Mastercard, showcasing Keelings strawberries at their absolute peak. 🍓

Our teams created a vibrant celebration of fresh, seasonal flavours using beautiful produce from Keelings and Iona Farm, all served with no single use plastics as part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability.

A fantastic day with our Chef Partner, Mark Moriarty , celebrating local produce, great food and the people behind it.

The atmosphere was electric, the music was unforgettable, and the energy from the crowd was amazing from start to finish. A huge thank you to our incredible team who went above and beyond behind the scenes and across the venue, delivering fantastic food, drinks, and service throughout the weekend.

Their menus showcase incredible skill, creativity, and a real passion for great food, with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients and supporting local suppliers.
