Dear All,

We sadly need to let you know that this Saturday- tomorrow we are closing our coffee shop for good at Bake Barn.. 😞
That was a great time to see you all- regulars, new customers and those who fly by.
I personally wish to thank to everyone local and above all- to all my staff- Tracy & Marta & our Angel helpers for staying with Bake Barn for so long.. these days won't be forgotten. ❤️ 💙
It was exciting times, happy times, and heart breaking 💔 moments which we all keep In our soul.
I'm sure that all of you- regulars and locals, will have lovely memories from the cafe and our cakes & other bakes won't be forgotten.
We are taking 2 weeks off and from beginning of October will be back stocking our Sourdough breads in Your local SuperValu's stores- hoping more stores to come in future. Maybe a collection day will be formed to support all lovers who wish to get fresh bread from us.
We have bunch of breads for sale on Saturday, just in case if you wish to stock up, you can freeze them and after defrosting they will be still delicious 😋 Come and say hi!

We will be changing few things in the 2024 and first of that change will be our hours of trading.

We will be open Mon-Fri 7.30am- 2pm.
Saturday 8.30am-3pm
Sunday 9.30am-3pm
We are looking forward to see all of you there back again 🙌

Breads are nearly sold out, but if your still missing some sweet cakes on your table, we are open today until 4.30pm. ⏲️ ⏳️

We still have some selection of sliced cakes left and also full ones like Crakow Cheesecake and Bitter Orange & Poppyseed Small cake. 🎂 🥮 🥞

We are coming back to work on the 29th of December.

St. Martin's croissant (PL: rogal świętomarciński) is a croissant with white poppy-seed filling traditionally prepared in Poznań and some parts of Greater Poland region on the occasion of St. Martin's Day which is today, the 11th of November.
Our version is with white poppy seeds, almonds and walnuts.

Saturday- Sunday 7am-5pm

Person must be experienced in gastronomy, have great customer care skills and be open to learn new things.
Work in between kitchen and counter.
Knowledge of preparing crepes and toasts will be an advantage.
