We want to sincerely apologise that our chips haven’t been up to the standard you expect from us lately. They have been hit and miss.
We’ve been working hard to fix this — J
Just this week we’ve had our supplier in three separate times, testing different potatoes to make sure we get it right. Quality matters to us, and we weren’t willing to settle for anything less than what you deserve.
The good news is: today, we’ve nailed it. 🙌
We’re delighted to say our chips are now exactly how they should be — and we’re genuinely really happy with them.
