We’ve been following Stephen for a long time now and we’ve been looking forward to stocking these coffees.

Espresso on Bar and Retail:
Colombia | Washed | Santuario | Castillo + Caturra - we’re getting notes of mandarin, green apple malic acidity and elderflower.

Batch and Retail:
Burundi | Natural | Businde Washing Station | Red Bourbon - we’re getting notes of dried fig, dark brown sugar, assam tea mouthfeel, boozy-ness

Retail:
Rwanda | Washed | Shivra Washing Station | Red Bourbon - we’re getting notes of gooseberry and green tea, super complex and juicy.

Swing by Barracks Street over the next few weeks to get your hand on a bag of retail or try one of our tasting boards - and try the Colombian Santuario as an espresso, milk beverage and filter.

Alright folks - we’re finally getting back to putting on some coffee events in Cork City, the first of which being a Latte Art Throwdown in our new cafe space on Barracks Street! We have space for 16 competitors, and we would love to get as many people into this as possible! We will be doing head to head rounds, there will be music, prizes to be won from people such as and some food to fill those post-shift bellies. DM us to reserve a spot - entry is free! We will also have some special coffee brewing on the night for you all to taste! Come down and let’s boogie 🕺🕺
