We use “frozen-at-sea” fish which is filleted and frozen within 4 hours of being caught. This retains the full flavour and freshness of the fish, so whilst your cod and chips will undoubtedly taste fantastic, you can also enjoy them with clear conscience, assured in the knowledge that our fish has come from a sustainable source. All potatoes used for our chips are peeled and prepared daily on our premises. We generally use Maris Piper potatoes which are famous for their crispy coating and soft fluffy inside creating the perfect chip. When not in season, we choose other varieties that are grown specifically to produce great quality tasty chips. We never use any whiteners or preservatives in our chips. To suit all the family we also serve:
