Delicious combination of flavours from our mascarpone base sauce with the spicy cupped pepp and our basil drizzle with Romano cheese … it’s Awesome 😍😱

Another fine batch of 48hr naturally leavened dough ready for some delicious pizza 🍕 here at OCRAS.

A new addition to the dough blend this week is a new flour from manna heritage mill. An organic wheat for a more enhanced nutty and robust flavor.🍕thanks to mannaheritagemill for this fantastic new flour.🙏😉🍕😍👌.
