What an incredible weekend at Aonach na nDéise – Viking Heritage Festival! ⚔️🔥

It was fantastic to be part of such a brilliant event and to meet and see all the amazing people involved in bringing it together. Huge respect to everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes! 👏

We had a few little hiccups along the way — generators can definitely be moody! 🤣 — but we managed to get through the whole event and keep going.

Working from a small mobile kitchen with limited space isn’t always easy, but we genuinely tried our very best to serve everyone as quickly as we could.

Thank you to everyone who came by, supported us, and waited patiently. ❤️

We are thrilled to announce that Grillaz - Grill n' Chill will be pitching up at the Tramore Community Market this Sunday, 2 August!

From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, we will be serving up all your favourite comfort food, fresh off the grill. Whether you are hunting for a hearty lunch or a weekend treat, we have got you covered.

Tomorrow from 10am - 3.30pm we're heading to the Roy Butler Tournament at Villa FC, and we're bringing plenty of great food, coffee, and treats with us!

Massive thank you to everyone who came down to Tramore Community Market today! 🙌

We had people travel all the way from Cork, Fermoy, Carlow and Gorey to see us and honestly, it means the world to us.

We got absolutely hammered today (in the best way) and sold out way faster than we ever expected.

If you were one of the unlucky ones who missed out on ćevapi, we're really sorry — it was pure chaos on the grill and we just couldn't keep up with the demand.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for making the effort to come find us. We're already thinking about how to bring more next time so this doesn't happen again!

🔥 Something new is cooking at Grillaz – Grill n' Chill! 🔥

It's time for some changes – and we think you're going to love them! 😍

We're introducing part of our brand new menu, packed with new flavours. Besides your favourite burgers, you can now also try:

🌯 Wraps
🌯 Burritos
🥙 Ćevapi in somun bread
✔️ For vegetarians we have: Grilled Halloumi cheese served in warm somun bread with sun-dried tomatoes and Istrian olive oil with garlic.

🍟 Lots more tasty new additions we can't wait for you to try!

📍 This Sunday 05.07.26 from 11 - 3 you can find us at Community Market Tramore (Co. Waterford), where you'll be the first to get a taste of our new menu.

Unfortunately, it's been a bit tough finding a permanent location, as our County Council isn't exactly cooperative, but if you have any ideas, we're here to listen and try to find a longer-term solution.

☕ And don't forget – we're still brewing our signature Hatch21 Blend coffee. Our own coffee blend and brand are also available for cafés looking for top quality in every cup.

Hi everyone! 🙌

We were all set and packing the truck with our delicious ingredients when we hit an unexpected snag — Kai went to move the van and we've lost the clutch. Unfortunately, this means we won't be able to make it to Tramore Market tomorrow, and we're truly sorry to let you all down.

We'll be back next month though, bigger and better than ever — all your favourites PLUS a brand new menu we can't wait to share with you. Thank you so much for your continued support, it means the world to us! ❤️

Yesterday, we had an absolutely great time at CBS school in New Ross! 🤩 Guys had their own little market and showed great business skills. 💼 We were serving our signature hot chocolates, coffees, and teas.
