🎨 LIGHTPOOLS | An Exhibition by Paddy Gilsenan & Graham Gosling 🎨
We’re delighted to be bringing something a little different to Mannion’s New Ross with Lightpools — a new exhibition of work by two local artists, Paddy Gilsenan and Graham Gosling.
Two artists. Two very different approaches to abstraction. One shared love of colour, texture and creating work that invites you to stop, look and discover something new.
Paddy Gilsenan is an Irish visual artist and sculptor whose work has been exhibited across the South-East and featured in exhibitions at venues including the Cockleshell Gallery in Duncannon. His practice encompasses sculpture and visual art, with his work appearing in the Irish art market as far back as the 1990s.
Graham Gosling is a self-taught contemporary abstract artist based here in New Ross. His work explores colour, light, texture and layered forms, drawing inspiration from memories, places and his interest in Japanese aesthetics. His distinctive relief and layered pieces create an intriguing sense of depth and movement, and his work is held in the Irish State collection as well as private and corporate collections.
Lightpools brings their contrasting styles together in a setting where art, food, drink and conversation naturally meet — right here at Mannion’s.
