This Galway Oyster Festival, two names synonymous with Ireland's finest shellfish are joining forces for one amazing afternoon. On September 25th, Linnane's Lobster Bar teams up with Flaggy Shore Oysters to kick off the Galway Oyster Festival weekend in style, celebrating the native oyster in all its briny glory.

Expect native oysters served exactly as they should be — freshly shucked and bursting with the clean Atlantic character that makes Galway Bay's waters so prized. A great way to set the tone for everything still to come that weekend.
