We are registered with the HSE and are fully HACCP compliant. We source only the finest of produce, bought locally where possible. Some guideline for cooking your Turkey on Christmas day.
The general rule for cooking a Turkey is 20 minutes per pound, but that can vary depending on whether or not your Turkey recipie calls for a unstuffed or stuffed bird.
Dont assume a Turkey is cooked just because the skin is brown and crispy. A good tip is to use a probe to check the temperature of the meat. The meat should be cooked thoroughly to kill food poisoning bacteria. The core temperature should reach 75 deg Celcius instantly. The core temp is taken at the thickest part of the meat.
