Celebrating 140 years since P Bermingham’s first opened its doors, we have released this limited edition Irish wh***ey, bottled on site in Navan. The wh***ey is a 13 year old single grain, aged in oak and finished for 2 years in an Amarone cask. It’s bottled at 56.5% cask strength. Launching today at the bar, 72 hand numbered bottles. Each bottle comes in a branded gift tube. Bottle #1 will be raffled and all proceeds will go to Navan Meals On Wheels for Christmas.
