My Story

Fee’s cakes came about from the volume of baking I was doing for lots of different occasions and friends. Someone suggested I start a business and after months (possibly even a year or two) of deliberating over ‘should I?’ or ‘shouldn’t I?’, I took the plunge in December 2016. After a year of business, I’m learning new things all the time, and always being challenged with new designs and ideas. Macarons have been my biggest challenge to date, but I’m glad to say I have finally got the better of them and can whip up a batch no bother these days!
