Falafel is a deep fried ball or patty that is made from ground chickpeas or fava beans,some herbs and spices. It is a vegetarian food

we serve Falafel with our tasty chilli sauce.
It can be served alone, or as in a falafel pita sandwich.
In Persia Falafel is wrapped in a flatbread known as Nan Bread. The falafel balls are topped with salads, pickled vegetables,and hot sauc.
