A very old custom in Irish agriculture was the habit of leaving one corner of a cultivated field for the hare to breed & thrive. Hares are respected for their agility and mysticism in Irish mythology. Leaving a little corner of wildness for their safety & enchantment to thrive is an important notion to us about the way we live our lives today. These old practices of Ireland symbolise who we are as

people & remind us of our cultural traditions. We opened on the day of the "supermoon" which just happened to be very fitting as hares are closely associated with the moon. We are located in an old grain mill in heart of Ireland where farming is an important feature of everyday life.
