Back by popular demand from our first week, our Chicken liver pate, Served with crispy salted chicken skin & toasted Brioche, & Plum Chutney.
We Source our free range chicken products delivered straight from Feighcullen Farm in Rathangan, and we leave nothing to waste, including the crispy skin! We also use their chicken for our Balti Curry and our lush Chicken wings. Feighcullen Farm

From an idea to a busy kitchen in just four weeks. Barry, our Chef & Co-Owner, has been at the heart of bringing the food offering at The Old Canal to life.

Four weeks ago, we started serving food. Since then, it’s been early starts, busy services, plenty of prep and lots of plates leaving this kitchen. Barry and the kitchen team have been working hard to make it happen.
