✨ Kate ✨

Kate is the supervisor of our Midleton café and a firm favourite with both customers and staff alike. The regulars especially appreciate her quick humour, sarcastic wit, and ability to brighten even the busiest mornings! 😄

Behind the scenes, Kate keeps the café running smoothly, stays calm under pressure, and somehow manages to juggle a hundred things at once while always keeping a smile on her face.

Reliable, hardworking, approachable, and always willing to lend a hand, Kate is a huge part of what makes our Midleton café such a welcoming place to visit. Whether she’s helping customers, supporting the team, or keeping everything ticking along, she does it all with professionalism and good humour.

She’s also never afraid to get involved when a new social media trend comes along and is always up for starring in the occasional humorous reel — often with very little persuasion needed! 😂🎥

We’re very lucky to have her as part of the Bitesize family 💙

It’s Saturday, which means Susana has been let loose on the specials menu again 💕☕️

✨ This Week’s Susana Special: Pink Velvet Latte ✨

A dreamy blend of strawberry purée, vanilla syrup, milk, and double espresso poured over ice, finished with a fresh strawberry garnish because apparently being delicious wasn’t enough, it also had to be pretty.

Sweet, smooth, and just the right amount of indulgent, it’s giving “treat yourself” energy without even trying 😏

It’s that time again… another BiteSize caricature reveal for Meet the Team Monday! ☕🎨

Susana has been part of the BiteSize family for many years and is a familiar face to so many of our customers in our Midleton café.

A talented barista with a real passion for great coffee, she’s the creator of the much-loved “Susana’s Special” every Saturday, a weekly treat that has built up quite the following with our regulars!

Friendly, hardworking and always ready with a smile, Susana is a huge asset to the team and someone we’re lucky to have. Whether she’s crafting coffees, looking after customers or helping out wherever needed, she brings positivity and experience to every shift.
