What can we say only good bye to our dear dear friend, customer, and walking gentleman Micheal Dolan. Youll be part of Screenes folklore while we are in it.
A legend everywhere but that went to another level inside Screenes. Not exaggerating but he really was part of the furniture and the Screene FAMILY. So polite and always friendly to the staff. Generous with his time and always willing to lend a helping hand. If Micheal ever got a free pint i always remember him going out of his way to acknowledge it and was always so so thankful. An avid Smithwicks drinker, he liked his pint of ale. We certainly don't make men like Micheal nowadays. You were LOVED by everyone.
Micheal was involved in all our developments both at the pub and when we renovated our house. A genius on any digger. Always calm but was able to get his point of view across on the job in hand.
To his wonderful family, celebrate Micheal's life, the great times together, memories, his holiday to Australia to be with ye all. We spoke so often about that trip. He was so proud of you all and never hid his love for each of ye.
The mark of the man MICHEAL DOLAN was is that i can honestly say i have never heard anyone say a bad word about him.
Ill always treasure your presence around me and the times we spent together.
