🌿 *Oh, what a difference 18, 12 months can make!*🌿

There's something so beautiful about watching things grow, flourish and slowly transform over time.

Looking at how much our plants have grown over the past year and a half in our Leopardstown location reminds us a little of our own journey at Sásta. 💚

Growth is a wonderful thing, whether it's our plants, our people, our ideas or our business. Of course, it all comes with its own challenges, plenty of hard work, patience and a lot of TLC! 😅 But we wouldn't have it any other way.

We've always believed that creating a lovely experience is about so much more than just good food and coffee.

It's all those little details that make the difference. The plates we choose, the colours, the décor, the greenery, the music, the atmosphere, the service, our food and drinks menus, and all those little touches you might not even notice.

Every detail has a little thought, a little story and a lot of love behind it. And when they all come together, they create something special.

Because Sásta isn't just about what's on your plate or in your cup. It's about how you feel when you're here 🌿☕💚

Over the next few weeks, we'd love to take you a little behind the scenes and share more of the thought, work, challenges and love that go into everything we do.

Some things you see, some you don't, but they all matter to us.

Because just like our plants, Sásta is always growing, changing and evolving. And we're loving the journey, challenges and all!🌱💚

Because when you order sweet potato fries, you expect them to be the healthier option… right? 🍠✨

That’s exactly why we’ve introduced our Homemade Sweet Potato Wedges to the menu.

Made fresh in small batches, with no additives — just real ingredients, love, and great flavour.

Perfectly cooked and served with our basil & parmesan aioli for that extra indulgent touch. 🤍

Fresh. Simple. Delicious.
